Aaron joined Aist & Associates after graduating from the University of Maryland University College in 1996. His extensive understanding of the ever-changing Benefit Industry provides his clients with insight as to plan fit, design and coordination of benefits in order to stay focused on company budgets.
Aaron’s expertise regarding the rules surrounding both large and small employers in Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia helps him provide comprehensive and compliant benefit packages to employers. He also offers individuals and families assistance with their life, health, disability, dental, long term care and other insurance needs.
No one plan fits everyone and here at Aist & Associates we listen closely before making appropriate recommendations.
In his spare time he enjoys time with his wife and their menagerie of pets. Tuesday's dinner & movie night is a highlight along with attending church events with his friends.
Cindy joined the Aist & Associates team in 2015 and has been providing amazingly friendly, focused and results oriented insurance solutions to our clients. She focuses her attention on current renewals, individual client needs and community outreach. There are so many underserved businesses and individuals seeking help with all of the confusing and ever-changing benefit options and Cindy persistently reaches out to build awareness and offer our help.

In my over 30 years of experience protecting people's lives, property and businesses as a licensed agent I find no two people have the same needs. I am a speaker and offer group presentations on varied topics such as social security, estate planning issues, Medicare, and Identity and Legal Protection for families and businesses are just a few.

On my personal time I am a minister, horseback riding instructor and enjoys spending time with her dogs, cat, horse and her family and friends. Life is all about the relationships we make and nurture.
