Aaron joined Aist & Associates after graduating from the University of Maryland University College in 1996. His extensive understanding of the ever-changing Benefit Industry provides his clients with insight as to plan fit, design and coordination of benefits in order to stay focused on company budgets.

Aaron’s expertise regarding the rules surrounding both large and small employers in Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia helps him provide comprehensive and compliant benefit packages to employers. He also offers individuals and families assistance with their life, health, disability, dental, long term care and other insurance needs. 

No one plan fits everyone and here at Aist & Associates we listen closely before making appropriate recommendations.

In his spare time he enjoys time with his wife and their menagerie of pets. Tuesday's dinner & movie night is a highlight along with attending church events with his friends.

Cindy joined the Aist & Associates team in 2015 and has been providing amazingly friendly, focused and results oriented insurance solutions to our clients. She focuses her attention on current renewals, individual client needs and community outreach. There are so many underserved businesses and individuals seeking help with all of the confusing and ever-changing benefit options and Cindy persistently reaches out to build awareness and offer our help.

Cindy has the distinction to be a Legal Shield and ID Shield specialist protecting businesses, employees and individuals with legal and identity protection! 

     Georgeanne has more than 29 years' experience protecting people's lives, property and businesses as a licensed agent. She promotes women's causes and entrepreneurial empowerment through coaching, critical evaluation of all aspects leading to personal success and creating a step by step program to follow.

     She is a sought after speaker and offers group presentations on varied topics of which social security, estate planning issues, Medicare, and Identity and Legal Protection for families and businesses are a few. Don't make "Google" decisions for your life!

                       The COST could be too much to bear.

     On her personal time she is a minister, horseback riding instructor and enjoys spending time with her dogs, cat, horse and her family and friends.

Lisa joined our team in 2018 and has proven herself to be an invaluable asset providing consistent and dedicated support to Aaron and his clients. Her positive outlook and attention to details means you are always in good hands when you work with Lisa!

Tonya is our first point of contact here at Aist & Associates - and we couldn't be happier! Her friendly and client focused attention to your questions and needs allows her to help with most of your immediate needs. Tonya has been with Aist and Associates for over 10 years and knows how to access everything and assist almost anyone calling into the agency- she has always been amazing with her breadth of knowledge.

In her personal time she enjoys go-karting with her sons.
